Industrial environments feature extreme temperature differences, high humidity and strong ultraviolet rays, which set stringent requirements on circuit board stability and service life. Our industrial-grade FPCs (www.szcxdz.cn) adopt a brand-new weather-resistant material system with high-temperature-resistant PI substrates and imported anti-oxidation coverlays. Breaking the conventional temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃, they operate stably across an ultra-wide temperature span from -55℃ to 130℃, coping with intense outdoor sunlight, frigid winter conditions and high-temperature equipment operation. For humid and dusty outdoor environments, enhanced overall encapsulation as well as waterproof and moistureproof processes greatly improve the density of surface insulation layers. This effectively prevents short circuits caused by moisture, oxidation, corrosion and electric leakage, and extends the service life of equipment.
To tackle severe electromagnetic interference in industrial settings, our industrial FPCs can be fitted with electromagnetic shielding layers and grounded circuits on request. They effectively resist interference from industrial frequency converters and motors, ensuring accurate and stable transmission of sensor and control signals. We apply vacuum lamination and precision etching technologies. The finished boards feature excellent flatness and precise circuit layout, with tensile and peel strength well above industry standards.
