The past two years have witnessed explosive growth in AI consumer hardware, portable smart terminals and human-computer interaction devices. Featuring slim profiles and compact internal structures, such devices cannot be well fitted with traditional rigid circuit boards for assembly in confined spaces. High-precision AOI equipment is adopted to magnify and scan circuit details, eliminating latent defects such as micro short circuits, open circuits and circuit displacement. We have also improved cutting and lamination procedures to reduce deformation and creasing of ultra-thin boards, effectively raising the yield rate of precision circuit boards. Our complete customized production workflow fully satisfies the demands of AI smart hardware for compact size, high precision and reliable performance.
